CQG Symbol for Brazilian market not loading

Hi. I have a CQG account with Brazilian futures enabled. I got a trial of Sierra and could not load this particular market's symbols. Can load it using Ninjatrader, though. The symbols are: WIN, IND, DOL, WDO . Any hint? I can load CME futures without a problem.

You will not get historical data for any of the Brazilian futures markets. Since Sierra Chart does not support historical data at this time from CQG. I can't even plot live data for these symbols in Sierra. Even though they are not on the default list, I tried to add it manually. Don't get a single tick. Is there any specific way to add a symbol to the list?

The symbols do not have to be added to Sierra Chart. You just need to open a chart for the symbol and that is all. What is one of the complete symbols you are using? The symbols I'm looking for are WIN, IND, DOL, WDO. They are not on the list that comes with Sierra Chart. I can load them in other softwares, though.

Those symbols by themselves would be regarded typically as stock symbols. They will not work with CQG.
