Prices not updating

I receive my chart data from CTS and use their front end platform to trade. However I have noticed that the prices on the chart do not update all of the price changes that occur on my front end trading DOM. For example I can visibly see the price on my DOM changing as trades go through. When I put the chart of the same product next to the DOM I can see that not all of these price changes are reflected in the chart and when they are there is a delay of several seconds. Then for a while the chart will pick up all the price changes before reverting back. The charts are for crude oil. Please advise.

I have tried changing the Data Throughput and Buffering setting from Smart Trade to Fast Smart and Fast Trade but the issue still exists

You must use Fast Trade for Data Throughput and Buffering. After changing that setting it is necessary to reconnect to the data feed. It probably relates to the additional latency and the available bandwidth for your connection.
