Whenever I click on the sierra chart icon it will not log in. Tried shutting it down and restarting but no help. I just says connecting, waiting to connect but is not able to connect. This is my first time trying to connect

We see you are using the Rithmic trading platform service. Rithmic connection problems are extremely common.
