ChartDOM bid/ask percentages

Hi SC I am using the ChartDOM, have ChartDOM percentages enabled and set to a colour that's contrasting with the background but I cannot see them. Any suggestions? Regards Lee. |

We will be looking into this more closely later today. In a test, we do see the percentages but it is possible that they are getting hidden underneath the quantities. There really should be no problem now with the display of bid and ask quantity percentages. We did make some changes to this. Make sure you are on the latest release of Sierra Chart. Hi I've just updated to the latest release and I still don't see the percentages! What is odd is that with a Chart DOM on a TPO chart I do, but not on other chart types. The same screenshot applies. So I can check I'm not doing anything really stupid, what text parameter colour should I be looking for that relates to these values? I've tried using Global Graphics settings and chart-specific graphics settings (different) to no avail. Thanks Lee. |

This really does not make sense. As we said there should not be any trouble with the display of the percentages or totals for the market depth data in the Chart/Trade DOM columns. The color the controls those values is Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Colors and Widths for Chart Objects >> Chart Text. We have verified this now. It seems i have an issue with chartDom too, here is what it looks like. I tried to change graphic settings/background color/chartDom settings but it doesn't work.

Exactly the same situation as me. No percentages on numbers bars or candlesticks. TPO charts do display percentages.

We are not clear as to what the problem described in post #10 is. Please be much more descriptive. How post #11 can be the exact same thing as post #10, we have no idea. TradeDOM percentages are only displayed in TradeDOMs on TPO charts; not on candlestick or numbers bars.
Open 2 new charts and enable Trade >> Trading Chart DOM On for them. On one of them add a TPO Profile Chart Study. This really should not make any difference. The issue might have something to do with the market depth prices and the range of prices displayed. I tried this with new charts and the depths displayed fine. I've attached the relevant chartbook. Perhaps this will help in the diagnosis. The TradeDOM settings on the charts are the same for all TradeDOMs.

We are working on this now. The problem is that the chart is set to a Logarithmic scale and for some reason that is affecting the display of the totals and percentages.
