Black tool values window

My tool values window started appearing as a black window in the top right (that cannot be interacted with). This only occurs with some charts and not others. I removed all studies from one of the affected charts, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Oops duh! I forgot to include that in. I played with it some more and the Compact Tools Window appears to work fine on all charts. Just the regular tools window (so this issue isn't critical since I can live with the compact window). Regardless, here's a screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/YoybOOt.png

This is very unusual and almost certainly is going to be a system issue.
