bad upgrade

I have upgraded to 985 as previously discussed to be able to get bline and stoc as we have previously discussed. after upgrade i lost my chartbook, username and password. this is on message log.

It looks like you did not update your existing copy of Sierra Chart and installed Sierra Chart into a different folder. Please refer to this help topic for instructions in this case:

And other thing you can do is just create a new Chartbook.

Send us the C:\SierraChart\data\Chartbook1.cht file to support_At_Sierra Chart.com
