AMP - CFD live data not working

I currently have sierra chart package 3 with AMP through TTNET - i can get most of the futures working (apart from the FTSE100) but when i try the CFD contracts the initial download works but the data is not streaming or real time, is it possible to have this data streamed live with the package or do i need to upgrade / buy more credits? Thanks.

You need to update to the latest prerelease with Help >> Download Prerelease to get data for the CFD markets.

I updated to the new prerelease 1287 but the data still doesn't update in real time.

This might actually be because your account is through AMP. We will look at this, but we may not get to it till next week.

For the time being, the CFD data is not supported with an account from AMP. It should not matter anyway because AMP is a futures broker.
