Hi, I was wondering if you could add some more years to the CL historical feed? i finishes late 1999 and with the current moves seeing the late 80's trade when the contract started (like CQG) would be handy.

What Data or Trading service are you using or do you wish to use? See this page for the list:

Or, select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings". What is the "Service" at the top left set to?

Im currently using IQFeed but want to move to your service and i can only get CL back to 1999 and IQFeed offer back to 1987

Do you require historical daily data back that far?

Using CL# you can go back to 1983.

You can have a look at this data now using using the "SC Historical Data" service.

This is quite unusual. Go to that chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download to retry the download.

Select Global Settings >> General Settings.

Set the Data Files Folder to:
C:\SierraChart_LMAX\Data.

After this restart Sierra Chart. You will not have this problem any longer. We will also make a change to automatically correct this kind of problem in the next release.

Thanks for the resolve

i tend to operate all data from D drive not my core OS drives so if this is resolved in a new version this would be good
