keyboard shortcut does not enable

Hi, I have a check mark on enable keyboard short cut, as well as a letter "c" designated to cancel all orders. I place an order, press letter "c" and receive a message log saying keyboard shortcuts not enabled with directions to enable keyboard short cuts. Have tried this several times by removing check mark, adding check mark, and have assigned the letter "c" for the cancel all on the trading keyboard shortcuts menu pressed ok. This is version 1282 installed on a new pc. I have had no problems with this feature on my old pc? Thanks, Mike |

Trade >> Trading Keyboard Shortcuts Enabled is a setting for each individual chart. Make sure it is checked on the active chart.
