Main window disappeared

Hi , please help - my main sierra window has disappeared, has happened before. I pressed trade/ chart trade mode on and then trade/ open trade window for chart.

this results in my windows disappearing.

Do you see Sierra Chart on the Windows Taskbar and you do not see the Sierra Chart main window?

Or did Sierra Chart just unexpectedly shutdown and you have to start Sierra Chart again?

yes, I do, I see sierra icon on the windows taskbar, the rest of my charts are there, but they all disappear as I do the same to any of them - trade/ chart trade mode on, followed by open trade window for chart - they all disappear.

sierra hasn't shut down, I think it is hiding these windows somewhere .

This must be some kind of system problem.

We recommend restarting your computer.

So we assume you cannot make the Sierra Chart main window appear by clicking on the icon for it on the Windows Taskbar?

No, I can't. It has happened before, restarting will help, but I'd rather know what is wrong so |I can fix it. ould it not be possible to try to remotely fix it without restarting my charts? You could possibly us my balance for online help?

We do not know exactly what would be causing this.

It must be a system specific problem because we do not have any other reports of a problem like this and more importantly, it should not happen. Opening the Trade Window will not cause the main window to be hidden.

Can you try another computer?
