i have set up an account with AMP to demo Sierra.
I can log in but trade services will not connect to rithmic datafeed.
spent an hour on this
why so hard

It is hard because connecting to the Rithmic system is often very difficult with demo accounts. There is a chance you will not be able to connect. And you will require a live account.
