Server actively refusing connection to download historical data

I just bought Sierra Charts package 3 and am trying to populate my charts with historical data. I cannot. here is the error i receive. Would you be able to give me any pointers about what I might be doing wrong? I have live data and the charts populate from the moment i open the software or select "delete all data" but i cannot go further back in time. I'm requesting 180 or 30 days in Chart Settings, but i'm not getting it. Thank you.
