Hi, I can't see number bars while loading btcbusd. By oil it works but btc is invsible. Is anything connected with the chart settings and data limiting? Tick size is 1, days to load 7. any other ideas can influence my issue? thank you. |

In general, you should not have nothing. But the crypto data tends to be very dense, and as such you should use a Volume at Price Multiplier and set it to a value around 100 to start. Refer to the information here: Chart Settings: Volume at Price Multiplier for Historical/Intraday Chart (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Volume at Price menu) What is the exact symbol you are using?
