Duplicate the Main Title Bar anchored from the right side

Main Title Bar (File - Help, that is anchored top left of SC app.) is it possible to add a second one which is anchored from the upper right. It would really help those of us the use two or more large monitors. (See attached view, and stretch it across two large monitor) Thanks
