My computer had to be rebooted and my positions from 24/05 as well as the P/L history are gone.

The history only shows positions starting from 28/05.

Are you referring to data in the Trade >> Trade Activity Log?

Check Trade >> General Trade Settings >>Number of Days to Save in Trade Activity Log.

Yes , it had only 31 days.

I want to restore my positions before that.

How can i do it ? Can you restore my positions from yesterday ?

I had some open positions that were on the 24/05 i want to restore that

We are not sure why there would be any data lost as long as you did a normal exit in Sierra Chart. Even if there were an abnormal exit, the data still should not be lost.

If it is missing, we cannot restore that.

Can you pls check my positions from yesterday , im sure it must be registred this past trades because right now they are no longer registred in the Trade activity Log.

There must be some way to have the history of the trades registred somewhere.

Can you pls check this for me ?

What my have happened ?

How can i be sure that this wont happen again ?

My record is comletelly messed up because some open trades were vanished .
