version 1282 chart windows keep minimizing

Any time I click anywhere in chartbook or on any tool such as SW all open windows get minimized. I want to go back to previous version which worked perfectly. Have no program folder in message log.

This is very unusual. We do not have any reports of this problem. Would seem to be a system specific problem.
