Can we delete the morning upgrade from SierraCharts?

Looks like everyone is experiencing NYSE TICK data problems. I am wondering if anyone knows how to reverse the upgrade that came through this morning? Would doing a system restore to yesterday's date remove the upgrade from our SierraCharts?

It is not about the upgrade because I didnt upgraded and I also dont get tick data.
Calm down. SC will come with solution... until that there is nothing you can do

CORRECT Radovan,

Same here, NO Upgrade & still have No TICK-SP nor TICK-NYSE on TWO different feeds.

ALL the feeds and both Versions have the Problem.
Must be the SOURCE connection

SEPARATELY
SOME however seem to have some ICON size changes and other changes they DON'T Like, on the New Version.

If you want to roll back. Just go here and select the version you want:

And install. It replaces the existing version.

The problem with the TICK market statistics is now solved.
