BE Button on Chart Trade

I couldn't find the documentation on the BE button on the Chart Trade window. I believe it is a newer addition. Is there anywhere to customize the button? Ex; default seems to have a confirm window before placing the trade. Also, can it be set to BE+-? Thanks

Could you provide a link to the new documentation. I looked but couldn't find it in the Basic Trading and the Trade Window. Thanks
