problem with symbol K200

Hi all,

problem with symbol K200:

I am able to open a position and first the position shows up correctly in the trade window and as line in the chart but after 1 or 2 seconds
the trade window goes back to "Flat" and the position line in the chart disappears; on the IB side everything is ok and the "Orders and Position" window on the SC side
shows the position as well; when I try to flatten the position via SC I get the error msg "Unable to Flatten ..." which means I have to close the position directly in the tws.

any ideas?

ps: this problem exists only with K200 - all the other symbols I'm using work with no problems

(win 8.1, Interactive Brokers, SC 1282)

Tell us the complete symbol of the chart or Trade DOM.

And tell us the complete and exact symbol that you see showing the Position on the Positions tab of the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions window.

Also instead of using Flatten you can offset the current Trade Position just by entering order of the same quantity as the Position and of the opposite side.

yes there seems to be a difference:

Trade DOM: K200-201509-KSE

Orders and Positions: K200-200009-KSE

OK we will contact Interactive Brokers about this. Clearly the year is wrong.
