Dear support, This is the kind of error message I do get whenever I duplicate a chart; ''Error creating memory device context for chart'' 1. Please what does this mean? 2. What could be the cause? 3. How can it be resolved? Thanks... |

We are going to be releasing version 1284 later this evening which will report this error with more details so we have a better understanding of why it might be occurring. You will also not see the message frequently. It will only occur once per chart. In any case, this does indicate a lower level operating system problem most likely but we will confirm that.
