trade activity log missing prior trades

I have checked settings in trade activity log and global settings. I believe everything is right. Accnt #,ESU, time zone etc. I am unable to get past trades on activity log non-sim. Global set 60 days. activity Log set back to 7/11/15..no trades.

Took two live trades today and both showed in activity log, I closed SC and reopened.
Only today's activity shows nothing for prior days. I use transact data through Infinity. Please advise

There will not be historical order fills, unless those were actually received by Sierra Chart previously when they occurred or you have connected Sierra Chart to the trading server every trading day before the end of the trading day.

All fills were received by SC. I connect to SC every trading day and all orders are executed through SC. So I should have historical order fills.

Wait until tomorrow. Are the order fills for today still in the Trade Activity Log after restarting Sierra Chart?

Also confirm that this setting is set high enough:
Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Number of Days to Save in Trade Activity Log >> Non-Sim

Also check that your computers Date is set correctly.

All trades for 8/12 were in activity log after the close. Closed SC last night.Reopened SC , all previous trades not showing. Only today's trades. I have general settings@60 daysof trades for non-sim.

We have examined your Trade Activity Log file and it is corrupt.

We have made some code changes to rename a corrupt file so that a new file will be created and Trade Activity Data will be saved going forward. This will be part of the next version.

We suspect the problem arose due to the custom study DLL exceptions we were seeing. For more information about those, refer to help topic 17:

I am now not able to set tradeactivitylog window for instrument and account#..No activity shows. Today had 2 trades. Shut down SC after mkt closed. ..reopened SC. nothing. Please advise

We have released the next version.

Update Sierra Chart to the latest prerelease with Help >> Download Prerelease.

This should solve the problem going forward.

After the update, check all of the controls at the top of the Trade Activity Log. You might not have one set correctly. Here are detailed instructions:

You may not see the trades that you made today, but you should see them going forward as you continue with trading activity.
