right now when we use drawing tools such as rays, extending rectangles, horizontal lines or any drawing that extends to the edge of the charts and has labels like prices and text in combination with a composite volume profile that's aligned far right, they conflict with each other in that the drawings obscure the viewing of the profile. if we change drawings settings to appear below studies and drawings, then we cant read what's on them so they conflict with each other and makes using them together unfriendly.

is there a way to program SC so that if we use a composite profile aligned far right, it has its own space with nothing going over it. ie. drawings end at the edge of the profile and not the chart. another way is that the drawings end where the fill space is. this would make working with composite profiles so much more friendly. I know platforms like market delta and investor rt allow this to happen.

also would have helped if the chart settings were broken up further for all drawings instead of the one check box right now that puts everything underneath studies and main chart.. if we could choose between them and drill further to specific which studies and drawings to have these settings applied to.. this would make SC on par with investor rt in terms of usability for volume profile users.

i can provide an image if im not too clear here. thoughts ?

My personal preference is to use a separate chart for MP and VP. I have always done that since it is another way of viewing the market data. See attached photo.

hi thanks for the comment and image but that's not what i was referring to. what you have is a straight forward day to day profile .. im referring to composite profiles and in particular the conflict between drawing tools and far right aligned profiles because of the lack of customisation options in the program.

I think you will need to post a drawing / photo showing the need that you are trying to convey.
