Trouble connecting

Hello,
I am trying to connect to Top Step Trader. When I set up the CTS T4 service and try to connect it says Unexpected Disconnect. I've verified the credentials. When I try to connect to the CTS T4 FIX server, it allows me to log in but then it says that Data Failed. I'm not sure what the issue is.

CTS T4 FIX is still under development and cannot be used. You need to use the service named "CTS T4". After trying to connect, please post a copy of the Message Log, by following these steps:
