Gaps on my charts

Hi, I am getting gaps on my ES charts. I tried deleting all data and download button, but all it does is re-create a new gap from the refresh process. Data is missing from 12:30 AM, 8/30/2015. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-08-03 14:56:00
