Rithmic demo not updating

When I log in to Sierra and connect to the Rithmic Paper Trade server with my demo account...the charts do not update unless I continuously reload them. What is the solution?

You need to contact your broker/trading service and let them know what symbols you are trading so they activate your account for the exchanges those symbols trade on.

However, first might be a good idea to provide us a copy of the Message Log so we can confirm the problem.
