Market Profile - Volume Profile chart - /ES futures

Hello, I am trialing The Sierra Chart software and trying to create a Volume Profile chart for /Es futures that updates intraday. I have specified the data feed as TDAmeritrade, and a connection is made. The chart draws but does not update. An error message is displayed in the log file," TD Ameritrade | Streamer response: NOT_AUTHORIZED_FOR_QUOTE. Additional text: Not authorized for all quotes. | 2015-07-28 09:27:06" From a previous support board message for a similar message the response was entered that an exchange data feed is necessary ,and a link to activate the exchange feeds was provided. Is that the solution for this problem also? If so, when looking at the exchange feeds I see the following: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts Will this feed provide the needed data for TPO and Volume profile for /Es futures? As long as your TD Ameritrade account has at least 500 USD in it, you can use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange. But you have to pay for these. The data feed is 35 USD a month but this is prorated. So if you activate it now, the cost will be minimal.
