Data Download Issue

I have problem with data download.
Some times data do not download correctly.
I'm working with InteractiveBrokers.
I was trying to Disconnect and connect to Data Feed again, but chart do not change.

Here is my screenshort with CME data chart comparison:

I compared my data with CME chart and see the gap in chart data.

Can you help?

Before re-downloading the data make sure this option is enabled:
Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

So that historical Intraday data is downloaded from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service.
