Can't connect!!! is this because I have do not have a data service? (message log included)

Do you have an active Rithmic demo or live account?

If not, you will not be able to connect to the Rithmic system.

Hi

Thanks for the great support.

I have configured the DTS to 'SC Historical Data'.

I am interested in attaining 1min, 30min, 60min, daily data for the ESU15 & ESM15 contracts.

I didnot have much problem exporting data for the ESM15 contract.

But am having difficulty getting the ESU chart to load: The daily ESU chart loads up, but when I click on 1min> its simply blank!

Any solutions? Thank You.

ESU is not a valid symbol. You should not even have any historical daily data for it either.

ESU15? the september contract? How is it not valid? isnt it the front month contract for the ES right now?

Hi there,

Would you be able to explain to me how to bring up charts from 2014? ie ES 03-14 (or ESH14)

I went to "Find symbol", and all it has is the 2015 & 2016 contracts.

I exported historical data to a text file.

I noticed in the timestamps that they are in "second" format:

Is there any possible way that I could export data so that it will be in a minute timestamps? ie not show the seconds?
