Since an upgrade from 1261 to 1276 the Scroll wheel and arrow keys are disabled if I change the bar period on a chart. They can be enabled again by clicking on another chart and then clicking on the original chart which is annoying as this was not necessary before. Can the consistent functionality of being able to scroll be restored please.

We do not observe this problem. Nothing in Sierra Chart changed which would cause this. Furthermore, if you actually click somewhere on the chart when it is already appears to be active, this should ensure the chart has the focus. So the fact that this does not happen indicates likely a system issue.

Try restarting your computer.

Does anyone else observe this?

Actually, we now know what is causing this problem. We will solve this. It has to do with the new control bar.

I have reinstalled 1261 and the problem is rectified so I'm pleased you found the problem at your end. I'll wait until there is a solution before upgrading again.
