Hello! can i ask, after CTS all weekend problem, SierraChart can't connect to CTS demo account

CTS letter: (10 mins ago)

"Please contact sierra for any issues with their software.
Your sim account is enabled for Sierra Chart you will need to contact them to get set up for their software."

What happening?

Update Sierra Chart to the latest release following the instructions here:

After the update you will now be able to connect.

Wow! Really worked with latest version! Thank you very much.
I think CTS made some changes after weekends, and older version of Sierra not working more.

Well apparently this happened over the weekend with CTS where they removed support for older SSL versions.

Sierra Chart began about a year ago to support a new SSL/TLS version for CTS.
