Sierra will not connect

I am trying to connect to my CTS data feed and all I get is Connecting.......Ready to Reconnect in the upper right yellow box.
I have a connection to the internet and connected.
I am using CTS and can connect to them outside of Sierra fine.
I did not change any settings since using on Friday.
Could you tell me why I am not connecting.

I updated to most current version and now I can connect.
