Is it possible to change the color of the outermost border of the window, the actual window frame itself? (Not the Chart Scale Border)

This can be done through the Windows Control Panel in the "Personalization >> Window Color" settings.

Thanks. Also, in the past I have always received an email notifying me of a response to my support question. For the past month or 2 I haven't received 1 single notification. My email address on my account is correct. Are you no longer sending out the notifications or is there something that needs to be corrected on my end?

The problem is that sbcglobal.net is blocking the emails. They have wrongly identified SierraChart.com as a source of spam. We can do nothing about this.

I talked to sbcglobal.net and learned that the block from them was applied universally to sierrachart.com, not just my email account. Sbcglobal's servers did this because something appeared to be amiss, some kind of threat or something else, who knows, they wouldn't be specific. They did state that the block was going to stay in place until the matter was resolved. The procedure for resolving this is for your system administrator to go to http://rbl.att.net/block_inquiry.html and fill in a very short 5 line form along with the error code that you are receiving on your end. There's nothing I can do, this has to come from you. Thanks.

We think we have done this before but we will do it again, but we have little hope anything will change.

We checked and we have already filled out this form at least 5 times within the last year without any results.

So we do not think anything will change and we do not intend to fill it out again after doing it again today.

You really should get a different email provider. An email provider that operates the way they do, is not a good email provider. We think further discussion with them is completely pointless.

OK. You can only do so much, and you've done that, you've done what's required at least 5 times and they still won't listen to you. Thanks for taking the time and effort to give it one last shot.

Just wanted to let you know that I submitted an unrelated support question earlier and when SC responded I received the standard email notification from SC. Thanks for taking that one last shot.
