Having issues connecting to CQG FIX via AMP Futures

I have been working with AMP help desk within the last few hours to connect to the CQG fix connection through their brokerage and I am not able to get a consistent connection and at times no connection at all. They were able to test my log in on their end and had no issues accessing the data feed connection through the DTS server settings.I have had no issues at all up until today. Any suggestions on trouble shooting steps would be great. For reference I have attached screenshots of the log of errors I am getting within Sierra and also screenshots of the AMP help desk successfully connecting and also my own computer not able to connect. This is the relevant portion of the log: socket (11) | Error received in OnConnect while connecting. There is no doubt this is caused by a connectivity problem somewhere from Sierra Chart to the CQG server. Most likely this is caused by a firewall on your computer or the connection is blocked by the local-area network your computer is connected to. So really it is up to you to determine specifically what is blocking the connection on your side.
