I downloaded the latest version of Sierra Charts today. I have been using Ironbeam for my data and trade services for a long time. After I downloaded the latest version I no longer have Ironbeam available on my drop down. Also, I have not been getting historical quotes when I open my charts for the past week. How can I rectify this situation?

You need to use the Service listed as "CQG FIX Trading". This is the equivalent.

This is set through Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service.

What symbol are you not receiving historical data for?

It would be best to contact Iron Beam and confirm with them what backend trading platform service you should be using Sierra Chart with for your trading account. Let us know. Normally we would expect this to be CQG.
