I am a very long time user. You have made me update my version. I have been using buffy bline and stocastic bands. I can no longer seem to post those studies. I want to use them. What can I do. KDC

We need to know exactly what file the studies are located in. Are they in Analysis >> Studies >> Add Custom Study >> User Contributed Studies or if not User Contributed Studies what is the name of the sublist you are adding them from?

OK, you are using a very old DLL. Please re-add the studies through: Analysis >> Studies >> Add Custom Study >> User Contributed Studies. You should find them in that list. If not, let us know.

Actually, you should also find the Buffy studies through the Sierra Chart Custom Studies and Examples list.

You will find these listed in Analysis >> Studies >> Add Custom Study >>Sierra Chart Custom Studies and Examples

For Bline, look for Buffy's B-Line

I have found bline and stoc bands where you said. I add and in my chart window they dont compile. It shows Stochastic Bands: {No} BLine {No} The jprice.scfs_dll is still greyed out. I do did find the jprice dll in my sierra chart folder.

I see 2 messages as I log in today.
1
. the custom dll study kiwiext.dll is missing the SCDLL name line
2.Study Buffys B-line you need to be on a service package that includes special features.
This seems very unfair to me . This is an old study that I have used and was written by Kiwi. This should still be in the package that I always have subscribed to.

1. Delete the files jprice.dll and kiwiext.dll from your Sierra Chart data folder.

2. We understand now why you are not seeing the studies. In the next release we will allow them on package 1. Also we noticed that the color settings for the Stochastic Bands were all set to black. Change the Colors on the Subgraphs tab to what you require. Check the settings for both studies to make sure they are what you require. Here are the instructions:

The Buffys B-line study that Sierra Chart provides was written by us.
