Teletrader | Data upload too long when market opens

Hello, I have currently ca. 160 historical charts (each 500 days) loaded in my chartbook via Teletrader feed. The cash market (XETRA) opens here at 09:00 local time with the last opening auctions ending 09:02. But it takes ca. 20 min. till all my charts are updated with the current data for the new day. Below you'll find a message log excerpt from the last symbol updated in my chartbook. This shows a completion time of zero seconds for that particular download. So you are saying that it takes 20 minutes for all the historical data downloads to complete? If so, that is what it is.
