Hi,

I have recently signed up for Level 5 package and I trade ES, FDAX, FESX and GC futures. I use volume profile for my analysis and for that I need volume data. Currently, I can't find the relevant futures symbols. Instead of ES, I only have the option to use SPX500. The volume profile on SPX500 looks quite different from the profile on ES futures. I don't have trading account with any broker supported by Sierra Charts. Do I need to subscribe to some other data service to get futures data and how much is it going to cost for the above mentioned symbols?

I tried Sierra Charts from Infinity Futures and the platform offered by them was much more user friendly. Is there any chance if I can download the same Sierra Chart platform as offered by Infinity Futures?

As long as you do not require real-time futures data, then you need to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service to access the historical data for all of these symbols. Here are instructions:

The Sierra Chart you are running is the same as provided by Infinity Futures except that it works with all supported Data and Trading services.

If I want to use real-time futures data then I need to subscribe to Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed. How much do I need to pay every month to get the real-time data feed for ES, FDAX, FESX and GC futures considering I don't have trading account with a futures broker.

I have attached a screenshot of platform offered by Infinity futures. It looks a little different than what I downloaded from your website.

Yes, you will need to use the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed. It is documented here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php

The cost will be 35 USD per month for the data feed and 204.75 USD per month for the exchange fees. All the exchange fees are on the page linked above.

You can customize the ToolBar. Here is the documentation for that:
