why my charts do not update?

Dear friend, My SC package is 18 dollars/month. I paid for 35 dollars for SC real-time and historical exchange data feed and 3.75 dollars for CME group. I have a account in IB. I followed all your instructions to set things up and my charts do not update a single tick. This is what in messsage box . You need to set the service in Sierra Chart to use the Interactive Brokers service and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed will be integrated with that service.
