| Times and sales are only stored for the session. In other words if I close Sierra Charts, and reopen, I cant get those Time and Sales records back. How do I save them to access them later? Thx |

| Actually they are saved other than the bid and ask quantities. You just need to set Sierra Chart to a tick by tick data configuration: Tick by Tick Data Configuration When you replay a chart you will see the time and sales data. | What does this mean? (attached pic) I don't have any positions through Sierra Charts. Press Yes? I don't want to lose any info. I made the mistake of taking the advice on the support info of changing my amount of "Time & Sales to Save" to 5,000 (from 15,000)to speed up Sierra charts, but now as you can see, I lost my opening Time and Sales, it only goes back to 9:34:01:023 after only 20 minutes of market open. Or did I? Will the Time and sales come back for when I opened my charts at 9:20? Or are they gone? I only plan to save an amount for the opening hour, so I changed it back to 15,000 saved T&S. Thx |

| It is safe to press Yes. When you perform a replay, you will see the time and sales data from that moment in time displayed in the Time and Sales window. So it is not lost. | Thank you. One more thing. The T&S is REALLY different from what I witnessed in real time. For instance, I noted about four (4) T&S over the volume of 2 (which I have filtered and shown by a yellow color)in real time. Now I see tons of yellow (>=2) amounts (see attached pic) |

| It can be different if the historical data is re-downloaded in the chart. Otherwise, we have insufficient information to answer the question.
