Can you tell me the proper way to enter a phone number into the SMS alert? I've tried it several ways with dashes no dashes with no 1 before area code. The message says no telephone number specified. I couldn't find anything about this in the general settings instructions. The email alert works fine. |

You first need to enable SMS message for your account here: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=SMS You need to enter the full number including the country code. We recommend only entering numbers without other characters. Sierra Chart Support Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-06-11 17:32:38
