cant login to datafeed/broker

Hello Support,

i've upgraded to the latest version yesterday and cannot login to my broker / datafeed anymore.. its a CQG / deepdiscounttrading account and it says to me:

however, username and password are filled into the settings, as they were yesterday.

Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service settings.

There are two Usernames and Passwords for CQG FIX Trading. Make sure they are both set to be the same.

is this new? it did work yesterday flawlessly and there was never any user filled in in the market data field as i am not subscribed to any market data through ddt.

i am subscribed to the sierra feed..

OK we did not realize you are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Therefore remove the Username and Password for market data from Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings.

This is the reason for the disconnection:
CQG FIX Trading | Market data logon unsuccessful. Server message: Logon failed: Trader is not enabled to use SierraChart client application. Please contact your FCM. | 2015-06-11 14:29:11 *

However, in the first post that you posted, there is no connection problem. So we are not aware of what the issue is. The connection was perfectly fine and then you manually disconnected three seconds after connecting.

ok, removed the data feed user and pass..

no i did no manual disconnect..

tried it again, this time it took a while for him to cancel the connect:

but the problem is, i dont get any data anymore. and this without a manual disconnect..
