Yes. Adjust the Size setting for the Subgraph on the Subgraphs tab in the Study Settings window for that study.

If you referring to the standard chart text, which includes the price scale, you can change the font size through Graphics Settings. I want to know if i can change the font, the size of those numbers. if i go to Graphics Settings, i cant change anything as you can see in the pics

You can change the font on the first tab of the Graphics Settings window, in the version you are running.
