Hi,

I'm not able to see account balances in Sierra chart.
Is this a known issue?

In the case of CQG account balance data will be better supported in version 1261 coming out tomorrow.

Hi,

I have upgraded to Ver 1261. I'm still not able to see balances.
Instead I got below service log message:

Received a business-level reject message. (RefSeqNum: 3. RefMsgType: UBB. BusinessRejectReason: 0) Reason: Collateral Inquiry is not permitted for this FIX session. Please contact support for additional information | 2015-06-03 06:35:05 *
