Hi, I subscribed to package three, and is able to use Sierra Chart on two different computers simultaneously. Today, I logged to Sierra Chart on two computers with no problem. Then, I rebooted one of the PC's, and discovered that I needed to wait for three minutes, before I could use Sierra Chart on both computers. I have the following concern: If I have an open position, and Sierra Chart or my PC crashes to force a reboot, it'll be problematic for me to wait for three minutes, before I log on to Sierra Chart. This issue may become more serious for users subscribing to package one. I wonder if there is a better alternative. Thanks. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-06-01 10:42:18

Package 1 is also limited to two systems. Actually the time should be under 3 minutes now. We will review this to see if we can shorten it further.

We are still considering this, but if you change to Sierra Chart service package 5 you can use 3 systems at a time. Sierra Chart service package 5 has lower pricing now.
