Hello,

I just activated your service Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data by payment of 35 USD. I am subscribed to Interactive Brokers trading service.

In the second step I am trying to Add/Remove Exchanges I need to receive data from. I am looking for Full CME Group access which requires completion of two Agreements (Professional Status and Exchange Agreements) which redirects me to barchart.com pages where are the forms available.

I fill in the first form (CME Non-Professional Status) and then continue to the second form. However when I try submit the Exchange Agreeements which is properly filled in with Name, Address, Contacts, etc., I receive an error message "This user activation is not recognized; it may have expired. Please contact your vendor to re-subscribe your username and then try again.". I also attach a browser screenshot.

Any idea what is wrong ?

Thank you.

RCi

If you still get the same error we will contact Barchart in the Chicago morning.

Thank you for a prompt response.

I tried that again, even using a different browser (IE and Chrome) but the result is the same. Still the error mentioned above.

Please try to raise it with BarChart then.

They have corrected the problem:

This has been corrected and the user should be able to submit the agreements now.

Please try again.
