NYSE Tick and NYSE A/D Line

On my chart, using Rithmic data, I am able to get historical data to load for quite a few years back on all my charts except the NYSE TICK chart and NYSE A/D Line. I checked and made sure I have the most current symbols selected. I attempted to load 1500 days back, but those charts will only go back to April 2014. I read through the downloading intraday data support information but didn't get it to work for me using that information.

The data is available back to February 2014 for the Sierra Chart calculated market statistics.
