Trades not executing in IB

With the new version is there something I need to configure in order for the trades to fire. When conditions are true on the Buy Entry or Sell Entry on the autotrading spreadsheet the orders are not executing. I've been able to do this without any problems for over a year but now it doesn't seem to be working now.

Any help will be appreciated.

When you expect an order to be submitted, are there any messages added to Trade >> Trade Service Log?

Yes, they are appearing in the Trade Service Log as filled, however when I go over to IB they are not showing up.

I tested this issue by turning Chart Trade Mode on and placing a few orders. The orders show up in the SC log but are not making their way to IB.

Data is coming in fine. SC is reporting my account balance correctly, etc. So am baffled.

It sounds as though the Spreadsheet System For Trading study is an simulation mode or the global simulation mode is on. Check the settings mentioned in the Halting Order Entry section here:

Trade Simulation Mode is checked
Auto Trading is enabled is checked.

I'm sending orders to my simulated account.

I'm at the point now where I can't even send orders from the chart with Chart Trade Mode On checked.

Inserted missing order fill for symbol: EUR-201306-GLOBEX. Date-Time: 2013-06-05 16:20:55. | 2013-06-05 16:22:00

Trade Order Error: Unable to Flatten or Reverse because a position does not exist for the symbol: EUR-201306-GLOBEX | 2013-06-05 16:57:14

Disabled Trade Simulation Mode then placed an order on the chart.
It asked me confirm the "Live" order, I did and then flattened and cancelled the order. The above is from the Trade Service Log.

Still the order did not show up in IB.

As I said before this has always worked without fail for me. Can't figure out what's going wrong.
I'm using the latest version of IB and 983 of SC.

Please submit the order, and then provide a copy of the lines in the Trade Activity Log for that particular order. We need to see All Activity. Here are the instructions:
