2 targets with common stop question

I always trade with 2 targets and a common stops, but rarely when the signal bar is too big and the context is good also, I drop down to 1 contract and take the trade with a bigger stop. Because I trade Volume charts when this happens it is a last moment trade decision, although I have already structured the trade in my mind. My problem is that last moment when i drop down to 1 contract, it doesn't allow me to place the trade because I already had a preconfigured setting for two targets. By the time it takes me to change strategy from the drop down menu I have lost a timed entry. Is there a setting that at these times when I want to quickly drop down to 1 contract i don't have to be bothered with drop down menu?
