Hi! I have another problem. Screenshots attached. When the new day bar, bar wrong will draw again normally. I use LMAX data. Thank you!

Hello SC Support

This is looks like SC uses the High and Low values from previous Daily bar to build the next / unfinished Daily bar .

The attachment shows the real condition of the current bar from SC Historical Data Service as the only Data source /w no LMAX/

The reason for this is that LMAX does not provide Open, High, Low prices for the day. We have to determine these by reconnecting to the source FIX data feed at the end of the session which is 17:00 New York time. We are now doing that. The prices should be correct going forward from now.


There still is a potential for problem and occasionally you are not going to see the correct Daily High and Low prices with LMAX sometimes.

I've experienced a problem w v991/992 LMAX / Win7x32
SC connects to the service w a huge time out

We have examined this issue closely. The network socket connections, handling disconnects and an error conditions on the socket is all instantaneously processed.

Our only conclusion is there is something you are doing with Sierra Chart which is creating a heavy CPU load or you have some system problem. Please refer to this help topic:
