DATA FOR CERTAIN CONTRACTS NOT FUNCTIONING

Open E Cry is my Broker I am provisioned for cme, cbot, comex and nymex but i am not seeing certain basic quotes for like YMM5, NQM5, RLM-MM5 for example... I am getting a yellow error msg box that says "Contract Not Found Invalid Contract" What do you think the problem is? I have checked with OEC and their suggestion is contact you... So what do you think and what do you suggest???

The log does not indicate that there is a chart open for any of the following symbols: YMM5, NQM5, RLM-MM5 To open a Chart for a symbol, refer to the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GettingStarted.php#Step3 Be aware that OEC has a limit on the number of Symbols that can be concurrently open and updating: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/openecry.php#Symbols Currently OEC has a limit of 5 symbols. This means you can only get tick by tick updates on up to 5 symbols at a time. If you go over this limit, charts for those symbols will not update.
